Video Consultation
For clients outside our usual travel radius, or anyone who’d simply prefer not to have us visit in person, a video consultation gives you the same level of expert attention as an in-home visit — without the travel.
Here’s how it works:
A short questionnaire, including photos of each room (ideally taken around midday) and which direction your main windows face. This stands in for what we’d normally assess in person.
A video consultation of up to one hour, room by room. We’ll send a link to book a time that suits you.
Within 5 working days of the call, a bespoke e-photo narrative document with plant and pot recommendations for each space, care guidance, and suggestions on where to source everything, locally and online.
With your permission, we record the call so nothing gets missed when we’re putting your document together afterwards.
Price on application, based on the number of spaces covered. Invoiced in advance; the questionnaire follows once that’s settled.
