Video Consultation
For clients outside our usual travel radius of Surrey and London, or anyone who’d simply prefer not to have us visit in person, a video consultation gives you the same level of expert attention as an in-home visit — without the travel.
Here’s how it works:
A short questionnaire, including photos of each room (ideally taken around midday) and which direction your main windows face. This stands in for what we’d normally assess in person.
A video consultation of up to two hours, room by room. We’ll send a link to book a time that suits you.
Within 5 working days of the call, a summary email of everything discussed including additional information about specific recommendations.
With your permission, we record the call so nothing gets missed when we’re putting your document together afterwards.
Price on application. Invoiced in advance of date of video consultation.
